HAHA. Friday 13th. We're both doomed.
That sounds like fun lol. My essay is on Intelligent Design. (Given that I just typoed it as "Intellignet", it proves that I am the very opposite of said word xD ) It's for my God and The Natural Sciences class. Basically, this is the topic: "The Intelligent Design hypothesis is a testable scientific theory and thus should be taught in secondary schools along with Darwinian Natural Selection. After all, both are evolutionary theories."
There were some really controversial topics offered, basically is religion or science right type ones, but I'm playing it safe. |

Yeah, it's one of my favourite subjects, it was almost always intellectually stimulating. It's only 2000 words, so not too bad for a final essay. Though I keep getting stuck on how to argue it. Like, I can argue agaunst ID itself well enough and argue for Darwinism, but I don't know if said arguments are simply undermining the theory or if they qualify as arguming against the empirical values of ID. It's doing my head in lol. |

Really, I still find it odd being in Uni. I feel like I've only just finished high school. And I forget that I'm 20. People ask me my age and I'm like "I'm 18... wait, no, 20." Can you imagine the weird looks I get. |

Posts: 2281 | May 30th, 2008 at 11:58pm Most people I know have no idea what they want to do. Imagine having gone through Uni and still not knowing. It's a reality for so many people. It's not an easy thing to figure out. Until you do, just go with your interests.
I'm lucky cause I've always known what I want to do. Right from when I was a kid. |

Don't worry about having no idea what you want to do.
My list of courses I applied for ranged from Journalism, to Law, to Fashion Design, to Arts, and I think there was something to do with Sociology somewhere as well xD
But yeah, it's a bit daunting starting uni so young.
I was only 17 lmfao. I wasn't even legally allowed in the uni bar xDDDDD
