What are you thinking?

| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | I had no idea what I wanted to do, that's why I applied for an Arts degree. Well, actually, that was my second choice, my first choice was the course I'm in now. But I thought something to do with media. There were a few UniSA courses I put down too. But yuh. I still have no idea what to do with my life. Ugh. It's too difficult. So my plan is to finish my Media degree next year, and then take 2010 off and work for the first half of the year, and then go to Europe for the second half of the year with my bf. Then we come back, and my plan WAS going to be to finish my Arts degree, but last night my friend was like 'yeah I'll pay for you and Bart to come to Europe with me in 2011 so I'm not lonely' xD AWESOME. I think that's a fantastic idea. I'll just keep hanging out in Europe. Sounds perfect. I'm cold. But I am only in shorts and a tshirt. Perhaps I should put socks on. Or trackies. Or a jumper. *procrastinates* And Jules - how was your date?!?!!? / going together... =D |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Kudos to you. I seriously don't think I could ever go away to another country for that long. I'm too in love with Australia. Which kinda makes it really hard with the career I've chosen lol. |
| asha shake. Devil's Got Your Number Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 36414 | Yeah, I really want to travel, but I know I'll really miss Australia after a while. Lulz, maybe I'll just travel around Australia instead xD I'm still thinking it's about time for another trip to Victoria. I've been saying that for ageeeeees. xD Just need to save up... which is kind of hard because I don't have a job lol. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | You should so travel around Australia first. I always said I would want to see my own country before visiting the rest of the world. Quite honestly, the only other countries I'm interested in are New Zealand (for the LotR tour) and Africa (for the big cats). And maybe Ireland cause of my heratige. |
| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | Yeah, I think I'll miss Australia too. And I wouldn't actually be able to go back in 2011, I won't have any money left after the previous six months. Hehe. But I think that this is the best time to travel, because once I finish my degree (which will be in 2011 now), I''ll have to get a real job and stuff... And then it won't really be so easy to travel for such a long time. And I really would like to see Europe again. I have been there twice before, once in year 9 with my family - we did five countries in a month, and then in year 12 for three weeks in Germany on a school trip. But I'd really like to spend an extended amount of time in a few countries (like England, Germany, France maybe, and Poland) ( a lot of the reason Poland's on the extended amount of time list is because my bf's Polish). Sooo yeah. I forget what I was writing about. Oh well. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | That's exactly the thing right there that depresses me - after Uni there's no more freedom. I know there are slight exception, but the prospect of no regular extended holidays, of working 5 days a week and only getting public holidays off... I find the prospect really sad. I just wanna stay at Uni forever. In other news haha. I FINALLY got If. I don't think it's their best album, but I'm heaps in love with a few songs. Particularly Mark David Chapman. Who knew MSI could be so deep? |

| asha shake. Devil's Got Your Number Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 36414 | I'm listening to it as I write this... I like it... but idk if it's better than their old stuff... |
| Meagan. Thinking Happy Thoughts Age: 34 Gender: Female Posts: 462 | Just got home from having my first Cervical Cancer needle. Wasnt as bad as I was told, but still hurt a bit.. Also, I'm listening to it now, I really like it. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | ^^ I still think You'll Rebel To Anything is the bast one yet. If is growing on me. I liked a few songs, but was mostly unimpressed the first time round. I think I was after another YRTA. But it's growing. Get It Up makes me lol. Which is odd for me, cause I hate songs that are in any way derogatory to women, and particularly songs which treat sex like it's worthless. But MSI have a way of making it funny. Probably cause they're not afraid to hang shit on themselves as well as everyone else. |
| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | I'm listening to it now too. I'm up to Prescription, but so far I'm not heaps impressed. We'll see. |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | sez: Hahahaha, only saw this now. =D It was niceeee. He's so shy. It took him like 4386728934769823 million years to build up enough courage to kiss me, haha. And while I'm here, I may as well add - he was a great kisser. Like. Seriously. He gets a thousand brownie points just for not eating my face. And it doesn't hurt that What Happens in Vegas is a hilarious movie. Or maybe that was just me. Either way. Ashton Kutcher brings the lulzz! |
| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | Haha that's awesome =] Glad you had fun. And hooray for him being a great kisser! |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Haha. Awh. That's cute. Kudo to you, as well. I seriously could never do the dating thing, and it was a loooong time before I let my now boyfriend kiss me. So I take it you'll be seeing each other again? |
| the original JULES Demolition Lover Age: - Gender: Female Posts: 19598 | Haha, Rhiannon... I don't fall for guys easily. The last time I properly liked a guy was about three years ago, lol. So this guy? Yeaaah, I like him a lot, haha. I don't think we're dating though. =/ I don't know, I hate those unwritten rule things, where certain things mean stuff. Like, my friends were explaining to me today that technically I'm seeing him, but not dating him. Huh. Doesn't make sense to me, so I'm just going with friends! We both agreed we still want to get to know each other though, and plus, he'd be too shy to ask me out, but I don't mind, haha. Yess, hopefully soon, although not this week. He's going to Melbourne for the long weekend for basketball, so it'll be sometime next week. >__< |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | Haha. Seriously. Throw the unwritten rule book out the window. I know what that's like, cause when me and my bf were getting to know each other, everyone was trying to tell me that I liked him (it was a long time after he told me that he liked me that I started liking him back, and it probably took even longer because of people trying to tell me what I felt) and that we were a couple. It can do your head it. It's best just to not listen and know within each other where you stand. So yeah. Unwritten rule book = shiet. In a nut shell. Anyroad. I hope it all works wonders for the both of you. |
| sez Bleeding on the Floor Age: - Gender: - Posts: 1416 | Lol. I totally agree. I hate the unwritten rule book. And that doesn't make sense to me at all, the seeing him but not dating him thing. I'm sure you'll work it out anyway =) EDIT: I am SO sick of my assignment. Really Rhiannon, if you want to swap essays, I'd be more than happy to do so. It doesn't matter if you don't know anything about Media Law; I don't either xD |

| asha shake. Devil's Got Your Number Age: 32 Gender: Female Posts: 36414 | sez: lmfao. I read this right as I decided to give up on my Communication Law take-home exam xD Which is reallllllly bad, I should just get it out of the way so I don't have to rush it. But meh, it's hard to be that interested when I only need 2 to pass. Out of 40. Lmfao. |
| Rh!annon Salute You in Your Grave Age: 33 Gender: Female Posts: 2281 | LMAO. Sez, I'd swap, but I pretty much finished mine. Took me until 2:30am last night, but it's done. *dies of relief* I'm still proof reading/editing. But yeah. Then I have to continue studying for Ecology. :/ Srsly, I'd do your essay for you if you don't mind failing. xD |
