I have been listening to them forever and never knew it. That's probably why I only own Dookie and a burned copy of American Idiot. :\ But BIAB is good, too. I should really save up to buy their other albums. :]

Paul McPike, a 32-year-old supermarket worker in Oregon claims to have written the lyric and melody to the band's massive hit single 'American Idiot', which came out in 2004, and sung the song for his classmates at the Independace High School in California. "It was just disbelief every time I heard it on the radio," McPike told Oregon's Mall Tribune Paper. According to the article, McPike said plans to continue researching copyright law and resubmit his case with additional evidence, after a judge refused to consider the suit due to lack of evidence. At the time of going to press, the punk trio had not commented on the case.

Full of Ephedrine Age: - Gender: - Posts: 43317	November 15th, 2006 at 10:49am Billie Joe and Adrienne did a photoshoot for an upcoming edition of the magazine 'Punk Rock Confidential' for Adeline Street. Written on the back of them is "Make Love, Not War." It's finally been confirmed that Green Day's first two albums, 1039 Smooth & Kerplunk will be re-released on the bands current label, Reprise. The CDs will be out for purchase on December 19th, and as far as we know the 1039/Smooth CD will be the remastered version that Lookout! released in early 2004. Well, yay, but it won't be out here anyway.

If it's not for this trio I wouldn't even be listening to music. (its a long story) and I wouldn't even learn the guitar and bass. And I wouldn't even know who the hell are MCR. So, yeah. I love them and always will. Sadly, I never saw them live. Actually I've never been to any rock concert before. =(
