You make a good point, Mae.
if you overthink anyone's music really it becomes nothing more than a mass of sounds.
I mean, it would be very easy to over analyze The Horrors, and be like,
"Um...this is a mess. That guitar guy isnt even playing a real part!"
But if you just take it for what it is, its so much more enjoyable.
Thats how I always looked at it, anyway. |

I think it's an easier way to look at things.
When you think about things so critically, it's hard to like a lot of things.
But, you know, not thinking about it so much,

even with them, I still find things nice when I look into them.
I can't really find anything that bothers me about their music.

They were strange.
