"I don't really know what to say...I'm half-Palestinian, half-English... I used to travel to Palestine a lot when I was a child and there wasn't much to do apart from draw and play football. I've made sketchbooks my whole life. I began drawing pictures of extremely muscular cowboys and knights with spears for fingers, dinosaurs, and huge lizards... I went through a big car phase too. I always used to draw in miniature and would often fill entire pages with patterns... Always loved Escher and repeating wallpaper. When I was five or so I used wax crayons rather than pens to draw on the wall of my bedroom... Then moved on to biro and stayed with that for most of my life... But in the last three years I started using permanent market and then settled on a reall fine 0.4 nib black gel pen which is most suitable for the small sketchbooks I use... I like watercolours and also painting with wine and juice and other foods... I like observational drawing and integrating text...
