Always Born a Crime Age: 31 Gender: Male Posts: 6194 |  Mar 26, 2009, 16:42, Tokyo--Square Enix announced today that it will be using Kyosuke Himuro and Gerard Way's "Safe and Sound" as the ending theme song for Final Fantasy VII Advent Children Complete. The Blu-ray re-release of the 2005 Final Fantasy VII follow up CG flick will be released domestically on April 16. Safe and Sound is a collaboration between the two artists, Himuro a solo performer now in his 20th year on his own, and Way the lead vocalist for My Chemical Romance. According to a statement from Square Enix today, the two worked together on vocals and production in what would be Way's first song away from his band. The song is exclusively in English. All Gerard really sings is the 'waaaa-oooo' parts near the end. |
