New to Leica film, any insight?

Hii..

I've recently inherited a lwica ME, MP4, and a a barrage of lenses including 35mm summicron-m f2 iv,35mm summilex 1.4, 50mm summilex 1.4, tele-elmarit 90mm 2.8, summicron 90mm 2.0, and elmar 135mm f4. Any insight to focusing or anything about the craft as I'm brand bew.

Please help.
