i did a search and came up with nothing, i even went through all the pages and saw that nothing was started.
i would honestly like to know what everyone's belief on a conspiracy theory is.
before you even say anything, understand what a conspiracy theory is:
a theory that explains an event as being the result of a plot by a covert group or organization; a belief that a particular unexplained event was caused by such a group.
with that said, i know there are some pretty stupid ones such as KFC and barcods, but there are some pretty serious ones such as ones behind 9/11 and the new world order.
what are everyone's views on these theories? |

To automatically assume that the government/the church/some other organization is secretly masterminding everything from 9/11 down is silly and paranoid, but to pretend that there aren't movers and shakers in high places making some important events and tragedies occur is just naive.
I guess the idea is just to take everything with a grain of salt and come to your own conclusions--don't believe anything right off the bat, be it an official report or a far-fetched theory you heard somewhere.

I've seen a lot of evidence for both arguments and I would saymy educated opinion is that it was all done on a film set to boost American morale and distract them from the on going war. |
