When there is no justice

I read recently that a lot of foreigner, especially tourist from wealth country trip to the develop country which described as poor country, visiting this poor country to do something that their country forbid those act. I read that in many Asian region the tourist looking for a children to having sex with them. In their country they can be punish mybe forever, but in this poor country, the act that they do can be acceptable. I hear that the children been trade by their father or mother, and because virginity is something that really rare, their operate their children so the children still look virgin. I saw on a magazine (I forgot what the magazine called) an old man seduce a child.This is sick. Somehow, I think some action must be done to prevent those action, but no one knows what must be done. So, I just past it so we all can concern about this thing and my be things can be change. Btw, sorry for my bad English.

yes you can actually have an operation to become a virgin again. It is called a hymenoplasty. Women have resorted to backstreet hymen repair for centuries in religions and cultures in which marrying as a virgin is sacred and losing your “maidenhead” before matrimony can mean shame, or even being put to death.
Over the last half decade or so it has emerged as a common procedure in the U.S.
Basically what they do is use a laser which cuts and simultaneously cauterises the fragments of the previously broken hymen, the pull them together and stitch it up.
Costs around 5-6 thousand dollars and i imagine it would be quite painful.

but anyways, one thing about this is parents, neglegent parents contribute some. because when a child is neglected, they become easier to manipulate because they want someone to love them, and thats why pedophiles aim for kids with divorced parents, absent father, or in rare occasions, absent mother.

maybe the schools could start programs to help kidstry to avoid people like that, other than dont talk to strangers, because alot of times, the child knows their attacker.

But in a lot of those poorer countries she was talking about, most of the children probably don't even go to school. And the main reason why the parents trade their child/children in the first place is due to their desparity. They might trade their child(ren) for food, a home etc.

I don't think it's right though - I think it is a disgusting trade. The governments in these countries needs to do something, because the parents sure as hell aren't going to, and it's not like the children can.

However, a part of me thinks that problems such as these will always be around
