Invincible: incapable of being conquered, defeated, or subdued.
----
this leads to my question: is feeling invincible a good thing or a bad thing, especially when you hit the teen years? of course when a person is about 6 or 7, they feel that nothing in the world is going to happen to them, but once you hit the 16 mark is it healthy to feel that way? is a good thing or is it a wake up sign to "grow up"?
i want to know your guys opinions. |

But I also know that people who are like this are quite confident within themselves, and they have so much self belief that they make things happen for themselves.
So I think it can be good or bad, depending. That is, if I'm on the right track with what you're saying. |

On the other hand this feeling of invincibility could have quite a negative impact on there life as well as it could lead them into situations or to engage in activities which are unsafe, which could ultimately result in serious injury or even death. |

i mean i guess in a way it doesn't have to be a bad thing, but i feel that some point in your life you need to see that you're not all that invincible as you lead on. |

I agree. I think that feeling invincible is good - to a certain degree. I appreciate someone who is confident with themselves, but not someone who is too confident and go around boasting all the time. Feeling invincible can lead to cockiness which isn't appreciated by most people. |

And I loaded them into the ambulance and never saw them again.

Age: 36 Gender: Female Posts: 722 | October 30th, 2007 at 05:58pm Temporarily feeling invincible is a great thing. Like if you just one a championship game and you feel "invincible" then that's fine, but If you always feel like nothing can hurt you, then that's just stupid. I also think its not fine to feel invincible when you are planning to start a war or something. Like Hitler and his big army probably felt invincible at one point, but they were just being big-headed. |
