Well like people on myspace would send a picture of themselves that afit the contest that is going on like if the contest theme is prettiest eyes, people would send in a picture of them where they think they have pretty eyes, then people would vote in picture comments.
And well our site we also make things like wallpapers and avatars. So yeah.It's kinda weird, and hard to explain.

i use a photo editing program called photofiltre and i found some pics of diamonds and used them as brushes same the dashy things and i used a texture and a font
it's quite easy :)
