Hi there, I'm Jordan! I live in Colorful Colorado, but I hate skiing. Here's some stuff to know about me...
Music
I love music. Here are my favorite bands:
My Chemical Romance: I don't know if it's the soothing vocals, superb guitars or wonderful drums that keep me addicted to them. They are my life, and I could not live without them! My favorite band.
Evanescence: Amy Lee truly outdoes herself. Her strong, independent voice mixed with guitar, piano, and drums are wonderfully soothing and very spirited at the same time. My second favorite band.
The Dresden Dolls: Amanda Palmer is just a delight. Her creative (but possibly not the safest) lyrics keep those songs stuck in your head all day, but in a good way. The piano also adds a delightful cabaret sound to them.
Cute Is What We Aim For: Shaant's voice is truly unique. Put together with those real-life lyrics and terrific instruments, you've got yourself a great band!
Fall Out Boy: Try to forget that Pete's married to that not talent ass-clown Ashlee Simpson (no offense). Patrick has a very rhythmic voice, and those guitars and drums match it perfectly!
Green Day: Billie Joe, Tre Cool, and Mike Dirnt make the perfect trio. Each one of them stick out from the band, and yet they blend together so well.
Motion City Soundtrack: I don't how to describe them. They're just wonderful.
Panic at the Disco: What is it about them that I love so much? Brendon's perfect voice? Jon and Ryan's sweet guitar? Or Spencer's amazing drum beats? All three of them is what I love, and their awesome makeup.
Yeah Yeah Yeahs: Karen O's pipes are perfectly unique. Along with those fierce instruments, you've got yourself a good band.
The Used: I love them. End of story.
Thirty Seconds to Mars: With Jared's voice is memorizing. Their band is just all-around amazing.
Metro Station: Forget who they're related to, they have a good sound matched with good instruments.
When put on Shuffle, here are the first 25 songs on my iPod...

- Our Time Now by Plain White T's

- Headfirst for Halos by My Chemical Romance
- Behind the Sea by Panic at the Disco
- Within You Without You/Tomorrow Never Knows by The Beatles

Based on that, if there's any other bands you think I'd like, let me know! I'm always open to more music!
Books
I adore reading! I'm really into vampire books, but also some comedy as well. Here's what I've been reading...
-Twilight series
-Vampire Kisses series
-Heath Ledger: Hollywood's Dark Knight
-Everybody Hurts: An Essential Guide to Emo Culture
-Interview With A Vampire
Movies
Who doesn't love movies? I really like any kind of movie, but I prefer comedy. Here's what I've been seeing...
-The Dark Knight
-Juno
-Napoleon Dynamite
-Anchorman
-Disturbia
-Forrest Gump
-King Kong
-Pirates of The Caribbean
-Harry Potter
So that's me, basically. My fashion is dark, which I love, because it makes me feel independent, because everyone in this town is preppy. I have no desire to wear A&E, Aero, A.E, because they're all too expensive. I don't feel like spending $200 on 2 shirts and a pair of jeans. Because pretty soon, I'll grow out of them, and have to buy more (more pricey) clothes. Plus, who wants to be like everyone else? I tried to be cool once, it didn't work out. Chances are, if we have everything or nothing or somewhere in between,I'll get along with you. Send me a PM or leave a comment, I'd feel special if you did!
If you could manage to read that uber-long info, then you deserve a cookie!
