A couple of year ago I was really depressed, my friends didn’t know what to do to help me, and I became rather introverted. I grew up in countries where reggae and hip-hop were really big, so I didn’t really know about what other music was out there. And then me friend and I discovered the used. The lyrics were perfect for me in my state and Bert’s amazing voice soothed my downward spiral. Whenever things got to be too much, Bert's voice was always there to help. I really hope that I can one day thank him, for helping me through suicide.
