Hi, my name is Kayla, and I'm an MCR fan [apparently].
The first song I hear by them was Helena, and I was in looooove with the video. I knew I liked them, but it wasn't until Ghost of You that I finally got their Revenge cd. Sadly, it took me until I saw The Black Parade in stores, bought it, and became obsessed. I own every song they've made/sung. Own the regular and limited edition Black Parade cd, and also Life on the Murder Scene [one of my favorite DVD's, nontheless X3 I know way [ahaha, way..] too much about them, but hey, that's what happens when you live in MCR forums.
March 10th, 2007= best day of my life, when I saw them live ;D
My Chem has given me so much, its ridiculous.
They've...
-Shown me true happiness- the concert was absolutely amazing. All I have to do now is watch a video from said concert to get in a happy-giggle fit. I've NEVER been as happy as I was at that concert. I got so excited, that minutes before they came on, I couldn't breath. I've never been that excited.
-Shown me that I'm not alone. The things I've gone through/am going through, they went through the same thing. It'll pass, life will get better.
-Given me something to look forward to. Even though it may be a long time, it's always worth it. Whether it be a new single, new song, new album, or going back on tour- its something to look forward to.
-Given me a 'happy maker'. No matter the emotion, all I have to do is listen to one of their songs, and the energy, lyrics, etc., overwhelm me with joy.
-Made me happier to be myself. Now when I get ridiculed [mostly by my own friends], I'm fine with being myself. I'm actually glad to be different- when people say that it's stupid that I do this to my hair, or dress this way, it makes me laugh and say "I'm glad you don't like it- it makes me like it even more >3".
-Gotten me into so much more music. Before them, I had a verrrry small array of music likeness. For example, without them, I never would have listened to Rise Against, which is reaching my favorite bands list.
All thats left to make my life complete, is to actually meet them :]
