You go to a place that sells electronic stuff. (like Best buy or something)
It comes in a box last time I checked, and inside there's some CDs and a manual.

Mine's a 7.0 I think, and it didn't cost a lot.
All you have to do is install it, nothing too hard or costly.

Depending on what type you get, it should range from $20 or a little more.
I'm not sure what the latest one costs though, but it's kind of the same as the older versions...only with some other stuff.

Yeah, photoshop's cheap.
There are other programs as well, but I find this one's does the job nicely.
By messing around, I mean making stuff.
It's really fun after you learn to use it.
