haha yeah it took me 45 minutes to get into school on thursday haha and the metal detector beeped when i went through cause of my hoodie zipper hahahahaha were all waiting for someone to break into the school and break them =] so anything new with you?

yeah i love it haha but this year we have all these metal detectors and sh*t and its gonna take like an hour to get in in the morning. like we never had metal detectors before, but now we have a new super intendant and hes all like we have to create a safe educational environment. =[

oh that sucks when i was in middle school we had it as a class 1 day a week then we came early on tuesdays and thursdays and got to miss the 1st half of first period haha and then we had like one 3 hour after school rehearsal every 2 or 3 weeks. but now i have it twice a day haha=]

oh i know what you mean! concert band isnt that great, but marching band is fun [besides having to play the mellophone] and jazz band is my favorite class =] and i get to have jazz band twice a day this year, every day. in the morning for homeroom [which will be the stage band] and 3rd period [jazz ensemble]. the only difference is stage band is like a less good version of jazz ensemble, cause they have like less time in the morning [like 20 minutes.] haha im so excited for this year =]

i play mellophone for marching band, but i hate it. ive played alto sax since 4th grade for concert band and for both jazz ensemble and stage band haha i know im an extreme band nerd =]
and doesnt it suck when it rains? like a little rain is good but like constant downpours and stuff suck

i just got back from 13 hours of band camp! 13 HOURS! 65 hours of band camp this week, plus 9 last week and 10 next week, comes out to like 84 hours in 3 weeks hahaha band camp sucks =]
and how was vacation? do anything interesting? haha

haha have fun =] driving sucks too. we drove 12 hours back from NC. but at least while driving you can like do stuff haha i read 'stop in the name of the pants' on the way there and 'the many faces of van helsing' on the way back.
