Hello all...
I was wondering how to get a start as a musician. I sing, but I'm not sure if I'm good enough.
We can all help each other for this thread.

I've had a bass for about a year now and I haven't really touched it because we redid my basement and it wasn't easy to get out. Now that I can access it, how do I get started? Besides making sure it's tuned, of course. I messaged The Used a while back and Jepha replied with this...
(I copied and pasted from my saved messages so blame Jeph for any mistakes lol)
"i taught myself but i believe lessons are a very good thing aswell
you should do both really
play your bass everyday EVERY DAY haha "
Anyone have anything to add? lol |

well i waz a vocalist b 4 i was a guitarist
and once i played guitar my vox improved a whole lot
it was b/c it impoved my pitch n i didnt even no i had pitch problems
another thing is record urself some how
and listen back

then have some one honest listen 2 it and see what they think
and also,
