In The Murder Scene Age: 31 Gender: Female Posts: 21370	October 18th, 2008 at 08:24am ang most effective way ng pagpapapayat for me is ang pagwatch at pagcontrol sa eating habits mo. ganun ginawa ko nung 1st year ako eh. xDD i lost about 10-15 pounds. without too much exercise. pinaka exersice ko lang is paglilinis ng bahay, paglalakad to and from school tsaka once a week dance class. hindi sa hindi ka kakain ng fmasarap ng food. kontian mo lang. lalo na yung rice. xD tapos i don't eat solid foods after 6, juices or milk na lang. and napatunayan ko na fit n right does work!! promise, nung baksyon hindi naman ako nagpapapayat, and hindi naman ako nageexersice in fact maghapon nga ako sa com eh,. pero i drink at least 2 bottles a day. pumayat ako. proud ako sa kinalabasan. from 130 pounds to 114 pounds ewan ko lang ngayon, tumaba ata ako kasi kain ako ng kain pag naiistress ako or naprepresure. xDD

Salute You in Your Grave Age: 36 Gender: Female Posts: 3062	October 18th, 2008 at 12:39pm guys, thanks dun sa diet tips niyo! =] i think im gonna do the drinking of cold water every morning. hehe. tapos yung pag watch sa mga eating habits ko. may nakita ako sabi to control daw her cravings, she brushes her teeth daw. baka gawin ko din yun. hehe. =] tapos magfifit and right na din ako. actually, natry ko na yan dati. kaso hininto ko kasi sabi ko hindi effective. pero ilang weeks pa lang ako umiinom nun. very impatient kasi ako., gusto ko may result agad, which i know is very impossible. pero try ko uli yun ngaun. hehe. =] yung sa emergency diet, mukhang di ko yata kaya yun. hehe. never ko pa talagang natry wag kumain ng buong araw. hehe. =] anyway, about sa pagpapataba naman. try mo magtake ng vitamins. yung iba tumataba talaga dun kasi ginaganahan sila kumain. =]

Just save it as .png [ or .jpg, pero mas maganda yung quality ng .png } Open the file / picture you edited again, then file > save as... > tapos sa may format dropdown, choose mo .png then save.

Shotgun Sinner Age: 27 Gender: Female Posts: 9418	August 18th, 2009 at 10:42am ^ okay. thanks. i've tried it though... but there's only one problem... so... 2nd... the pic... i had grain texture on it... with color fade... like the one in my avatar.... then a text on it. but when i saved it, and opened in png... it worked. i can preview it but i can only see the grain texture i applied on it. :/ but the ones na hindi ma-preview na nabubuksan sa photoshop, meron na nakasave... nakikita ko... but when i save it after i've made some changes... yung grain texture parin lang makikita. how's that so? :/// and how can i save it with the colors and all? aw man...
