Have you ever had a friend where you were just waiting
just waiting for the day when you two would be dating.
But when you started datng everything just went wrong.
And all that you could do was just find that one song.
Just leaning against a nearby wall.
Singing that song that says it all.
But what happens when you just cant find
that song that says whats on your mind.
Everbody needs a song to say
just exactly why they feel that way.
A song to show them how you feel.
A song that just says something real.
We all need a song in our hearts.
A song with many different parts.
I found my song the other day.
As I was walking on my way.
A song about friends in every direction.
A song about making my own selection.
One about being true to me.
Not about being what people want me to be.
I keep that song with me at all times.
Listening to its gentle rhymes.
I'll always be true to my song.
But I wont let people sing along.
Don't copy me.Find your own.
It's important for your song to be known.
When you find it sing it everyday.
Only then will you find your way.
