I think it would be about someone who is the life of the party but is the one who could make anythin go wrong

its basically saying that all the health and safty stuff is bullshit, like 'all the good times, giving you cancer' some people see smoking , drinking, drugs ect as a good time but in the end it makes you ill and saying if we did listen to all this nonsense people would even go as far to say that 'sleeping in' is bad for your health
