Treaty Of Paris = sweet pop-punk band from Chicago.

This is pretty much my favourite band.
Their first cd, Sweet Dreams Sucker, just came out Tuesday, and they had two EPs before that.
I've seen them live about twenty million times, they're great.
It's funny, because the original lyrics to the song "Sweet Dreams, Sucker" said "spelled it out in big black magic sharpie marker"
and "big black magic sharpe marker" doesn't make sense, right, because magic markers are washable and Sharpies are permanent. I told them this repeatedly and if you listen to the album version of the song, it only says
"magic marker"
which I think is very cool.
I actually have like twenty million Treaty stories.
But, what do you think? |

I really, really like them. Andrew McMahon sure does know how to choose 'em.
ohh, and they're signed to Andrew's record label "Airport Tapes and Records".
I believe they were the first band to be signed? so yeah.
that proves they're pretty dang good. (: |
