I decided that I'd make this thread for the people who use scorewriters, and/or the people considering using them. Generally for discussions, queries, all that jazz.
[[For the people who don't know what I'm on about]]
Mods, lock if pointless.
At the moment I'm using a demo of Sibelius 4, but since its a demo, you cant save any work, plus when you print, it only does the first page and sticks a massive watermark on it :/
I also use Finale Notepad, which is really good for what it is, there are some limitations, but pretty good. |

I use Guitar Pro 5, a scorewriting software that uses tabulature AND standard notation.
And, a realistic sound engine so you can fiddle with the instruments' sounds practically infinite ways.
I use it for my band by writing down the whole song on GP4 and sending it to my band members so they can learn their parts. =D |

I got a demo of Guitar Pro 5, and it was great while it lasted, but it was only 15 days |
