My name is Melissa, a 23 year old half Puerto Rican and Italian from Brooklyn, NY. My star sign is Gemini and i've been into astrology for about seven years and vampires for about eleven. My favorite people in the whole wide world are my family and friends. Without them, I would not exist. You can usually find me either at home, in a bookstore or music store. Music, books and writing are also a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. As a teenager, I was really into boybands and pop music in general but as I grew up, I was turned on to rock, alternative music, punk and the like. The first rock band I listened to was Korn. At first they creeped me out but then the more I listened to them, the more interested I became. As the years followed, I got into more bands and found joy in going to concerts and listening to differnt bands: either from major labels or local bands. There is no sub-culture, clique or label I subcribe to, i'm simply me and happy to be me. My friends and family can tell you that i'm very warm, sensitive and have a mild disposition.
