Hi I'm Meredith. I've been listening to My Chemical Romance for about 3 years. I can't even describe how much they have impacted my life. One thing I can say is that they got me through some fucking hard times and don't know what I would have done without them. They aren't kidding when they say they are a band that will save your life. More than anything I want to meet Gerard Way. I consider him my hero.
Some of my favorite MCR songs are: Our Lady of Sorrows, Demoltion Lovers, Helena (the song that got me into them), Desert Song, Skylines and Turnstiles, You Know What They Do to Guys Like Us in Prison, and Its Not a Fashion Statement, Its a Fucking Deathwish. My favorite album is probably Revenge but Bullets is a close second. I am so excited about the 4th album being a return to punk rock. The Black Parade was good but I love the old MCR sound.
Music is pretty much my life. Unfortunately not a lot of bands come to Oklahoma. Besides MCR some of my favorite bands are Alesana, Avenged Sevenfold, Bullet for my Valentine, Evanescence, Hawthorne Heights, My Chemical Romance, Theatres Des Vampires, and The Used. I play drums and my next goal is to play guitar.

I really like the new merch too, like the Mikey f*cking Way shirt. I know someone who got that, it's awesome xD
I own all their cds/dvds but I only have one shirt and armband that I got from their show, oh and a massive poster from there too. haha.
My mum wont let me get stuff off their site, which is pretty lame. Not too many shops over here sell merch either.
My i-pods dying. I shall go and tend to it's needs x]

We actually don't get many natural disasters of any sort. The worst was probably an earthquake last year, but that didn't effect me x]
Well, nothing much has been interesting that I've done lately xD I recovered all my My Chem, HIM, The Used etc posters/banners and now my walls in my room look pretty awesome.
I really want to buy more merch as well, like shirts and stuff. But whenever I have money and go out I always end up coming home with cds/dvs :rofl:

Finally, the week is over. I'm so glad. Getting back to school is a nightmare, I am not much of a morning person either :]
haha thanks about our accents! I think they're pretty gross though; we sound so lazy xD
I have a headache, apparently there's about to be a storm of some sort. Oh well, means I don't have to play Netball tommorow

Aww, I guess however you spend MCR day with whoever,whereever, whatever the guys still appreciate it and that's what's most important. =)
My week has been very uneventful. But the wierd thing is I'm not even tired. I even woke up at 5am this morning and I'm not tired. I recently became a vegetarian, so the 'you'll be sooo tired' thing is a load of crap. xD <i>Anyway</i> I've also been to the doctors, which was not fun. Hmmmm, done homework which I am currently avoiding. I get so much!!
It is quite depressing when holidays are over, but more so over here at the moment because it's winter and we only get a two week holiday then back to rain, wind and mud. Joy. x]
Aww well. That's cool your friend and you want to start a band, I wish you luck although I'm sure you don't need it. I kinda feel like learning bass, despite the fact I am yet to conquer the art of reading music =P

Sorry about the late reply, just started back at school on Monday so I haven't been able to come on here until now x]

I wish I had fantastical sewing skills, but I don't. I can draw and paint pretty well, but that's it as far as it is when art's concerned..
Yeah, I think that's pretty cool putting their first two albums together for your username, it works well. :]

HAPPY INTERNATIONAL MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE DAY!!!! -woot-
Yeah, today my friends and I pretty much just bummed listening to my chem, telling everyone we saw about them, eating food [cake again], and talking about My Chem all day [which served us a 'please be quiet now girls' from our maths teacher xD] I probably should have done more; but being at school pretty much limits that. I have nearly managed to listen to every piece of My Chem audio I have today. Tommorow I'm thinking about recruiting some My Chem fans from school into our MCRmy. [since of course that's the real My Chem day in America] Should be fun =)
