Also, William is in a band formed specifically for that movie, if my Entertainment Weekly says right. The band is apparently called "Cobra Starship".

'Snakes On a Plane' Watch.
Since a disc full of hissing would see as well as a Justin Guarini album, the folks behind the 'Snakes' soundtrack selected a who's who of indie rockers. The album, due Aug. 15, features remixes by Panic! at the Disco, Fall Out Boy, and All-American Rejects, plus exclusive tracks from Cee-Lo, Michael Franti & Spearhead, and the lead single "Snakes On a Plane (Bring It)" by a new group named... Cobra Starship. 'Snakes' star Samuel L. Jackson is even appearing in Cobra's video, which confirms our suspicion that he is, in actuality, a total hipster.
Then, there's a picture next to the article of Becks hugging Samuel L. Jackson, along with Cee-Lo, and two other people I assume to be musicians. The picture is captioned "Jackson, at left, with Cobra."
So,
this is interesting.
How can Becks justify this?
"Oh Mr. Magazine, I never wrote one single thing for you,
until you payed me lots of money to form a band soley for the purpose of promoting a movie and rake in even more money for a completely undeserving studio."
I'm more confused than anything else right now.
