So I took my camera with me, but when I got there I realised... THERE WERE NO FUCKING BATTERIES IN IT. ;-;
And we were an hour early so I got up really close. Like. On the third row.
Soooooo close. <3333 I could see everything.
Their support act was Blonde Redhead. Who were allright just... not good enough to listen to them for 45 minutes, waiting for Interpol, and not getting frigging annoyed.
They started off with Pioneer To The Falls, then Obstacle 1 and then NARC.
WHICH WAS SO GREAT SINCE THEIR INCLUDED IN MY FAVOURITE-SONGS-BY-INTERPOL-LIST AND STARTING OFF WITH THEM WAS JUST SO MKJDFMKJMJ.
I can't remember in what order the others were, because that's just too much, but they ended with Untitled. [Oh wait, C'mere was fourth]
And the other songs were: PDA, NYC, Say Hello To The Angels, Hands Away [Epiiiiic <3], Stella Was A Diver And She Was Always Down, Evil, Slow Hands, C’mere, No I In Threesome, The Scale, The Heinrich Manoeuvre, Rest My Chemistry.
When Stella came up, I just literally freaked out. The dude who stood next to me was looking at me all weirdly because he thought I was having a seizure. ROFL. And I sang with it, the whole song, and I just screamed when they STELLA I LOVE YOU part came. Totally because I was thinking of you. ;DDD
But I danced during the whole thing. And I'm not much of a dancer. At all. xDD
Mahon, it was so great.
Even though Paul looked so gloomy, and shit because HIS HAIR IS STILL FREAKING LONG. ><
I saw him smile three times though. ^^ Somewhere in the middle where he was all 'You're such a great audience. Great, great. Here's to you for being who you are. -clap clap-' Lawlz.
And then he smiled at the ending of PDA when he was just looking into the crowd. And at the very end too.
AND LMFAO I'M SO IN LOVE WITH CARLOS AND HIS SEXY MOUSTACHE. [but not really]. xDD
Seriously. He acts so cocky while he's playing. xD
And they went off about three times, coming back two times ;], and he'd always take off his bass and just put it in the air, doing weird stuff to it.
Funny. So funny. xD
I bought a t-shirt too. Even though Interpol's t-shirts are a bit plain and all... I just had to have one. xD
