So i just got back and OMFG! it was awesome.
it was beyond words.
the mosh pit was REALLY rough.

but let me tell you about the two most awesomest things that happened:

you know when gerard got off the stage and walked between the stage and the baricade?
well, i had just gotten pulled out of the crowd by the guards and i was standing between the baricade and stage at the same time gerard was and HE WALKED BY ME.
we practically brushed shoulders.
i was like O.O for a while, before the guards told me to move.

second great thing has nothing to do w/ mcr, but i'm sure most of you know who jeffree star is from myspace?
well, i met him, hugged him, and got my wristband signed.
it was awesome and he's SO nice.

so yeah, i'm sure everyone is as tired as me and are probably sleeping.
haha.

HOPE EVERYONE HAD A GREAT TIME!

Awesome concert. First MCR concert, and this had to be, by far, the best concert I've been to. Also had to be the roughest pit audience. Guys.... hell hath no fury like a women... wanting Gerard's mojo. I was getting heels stabbed into my shins, elbows on my face... GEEZ.

They put on one helluva show. You can tell they're having a great time and that it's "not just another town" they're performing in. Their stage energy is phenomenal. The pyrotecnics and all the other stuff like the confetti and crap... blew me away. Never, have I been to a concert we're there were so many minor details like that.

Pretty sure I saw the Mohawk person, and I KNOW I saw that ballon person on page one (Black and Silver Balloons). That was really cool.

OMFG, "Vanessa", if you're reading this post... THANK YOU SO MUCH! I almost didnt get in due to problems with my ticket, so I was calling my friend and girlfriend in there telling them that I was just gonna kick it in the car... I guess this girl, Vanessa, overheared the conversation and, get this: GAVE ME HER SPARE TICKET! She's my savior! Thanks again! You'll be hearing from us!

Those bathroom lines were stupid. I waited in line for an hour! Just to take a 15 second piss... GEEZ. That sucked too, because, there were some girls just going in to apply makeup. Very annoying. Me and my pal had a "baton pass" style run to the bathroom, because we were pissed at the people taking baby steps to get to the bathroom. He held one my jacket and his while I took care of business. Once I was running out, he passed the Jackets to me and ran like the wind. Does wind run? Hmm.. never thought about that...

Those guys selling those bootleg shirts was NOT COOL. Props to the chick that yelled at him and the Event Staff in regards to it. Lol.

Lol. I was wearing my "For The Horde" T-shirt (World of Warcraft PC Game, for those not "in the know" ), in hopes of bumping into fellow players. Rofl, sure enough, I did... on my way back from my car. I overheard a girl say "No, he's wearing a Horde shirt. I'm his enemy". Lol! Then I smiled at her, to try and get some eye contact and get a conversation going... but she turned away quickly. Lol. See you in Azeroth, Ally scum!

We left our place at nine AM... got there at noon. Worth the wait indeed. If anyone's even remotely thinking about going to a MCR concert (Especially if you've never been), GO! JUST GO! You'll thank me later!

...Drink lots of Gatorade before entering the Pit, though...

During the show, I crowd surfed and taken out by the guards, so I was between the stage and the barricade and Gerard got off the stage and walked where I was. He almost bumped into me! It was awesome!

And guy wearing the World of Warcraft shirt, I saw you too!

I agree, the pit was rough! I almost died, but it was worth it! I'd do it again.

The March 10th show was AMAZING! I got there around noon and I had seating

Did anyone try to sneak in a camera? I did. I got SO pissed at the security guard. She made me throw away my MCR poster, so once I got inside, I bought another one. I got confetti after the show.

Oh and did anyone see a guy making a scene with a merch guy? He was yelling obscenities and the merch girl kept yelling "Can we get security?" The guy who was yelling bad words (he dropped the "F" bomb so many times) got escorted by security and the police came.

I wanted to stay and try to meet the guys, but I didn't. I had to get home because I had work the next day.

duuuude. i went to that concert too. baaah but i hardly remember anything for some reason. im so freaking pissed i dont remember :[[[ i barely remember anything about the greatest night of my life.

can anyone remember the thing gerard said about the lazer pointer?

My favorite moments were..
-EVERYTHING! (Even the laser pointer moment)

I remember that I saw one guy five rows ahead of me going completely NUTS! He was dancing like an idiot. I think he was high because I saw him smoking something. I think it was weed.

This woman on my left told him something, he left and she enjoyed the show. I saw her dancing to 'Teenagers'

hahaha. there was this old dude in front of me and he was "rocking out" to famous last words with his preppy daughter and her friends XD

Sorry to bring back such an old thread but, I was at this show too - Gerard had also said "Nobody likes the guy with the laser pointer" right before he said all of that, awesome awesome show!

dear god, it was the best show of my life!

i loved the laser pointer bit, and the opening was a total surprise for me, but sooo good!

and you could hear everyone geek out where gerard turned around and shook his butt! i was brilliant. yeah i was in lodge 5, not bad, but im soo jealouse of the people up against the barricade. it is sooo worth the pain.

anyone have pictures of the show???

I couldn't take any pictures on my phone (the quality on it sucks anyways). Although a friend of mine took a few pics with his phone and it's much better. I can always post them or something when I get them from him

Does anybody have a bookstore that carries NME?(My bookstore carries NME, Kerrang! and a bunch of UK mags) This show was mentioned! I almost bought the mag today.
