Finish this plz. (: It's amazing so far. Especially the hair. I'd love to learn how to do this. I'm a failure with the pen tool in PS though. I need a LOT of practice.

See here, it's actually a pretty simple shine, so I don't think you'll have a hard time if you managed that far before. (: (I know you're not doing a nano, but since that's an older one, it's got the same material) And, well, there's a predone circle tool. >.> Hahahahaha.

I was lazy. but I rather like it that way.

Not really. I rarely put up my vectors because I tend not to finish them. Usually I'll do a few, then lay off of it for a couple of months. Or I do a vector that later I'm not particularly in love with. In any case, I just don't post nearly as many as I make.

No, I didn't use a paintbrush or raster levels. I used the pen and shape tool, and later copied to hair layer, gaussian-blurred it, then lowered the opacity so it would have a halo effect.
