The article on the blog said:

"THE View's frontman, Kyle Falconer, has apologised to fans for turning up to a gig so plastered he couldn't perform.

The singer arrived on stage at Nottingham's Bodega Social club so out of it he could barely stand up, let alone hold a tune.

The lead singer from The View's support band then had to stand in for Kyle for most of show.

Last night, Kyle issued an apology to disappointed fans and promised he would not fail them again.

He said: "I'm really sorry to have let all our fans down. There's no excuses, I'm just really sorry I got so drunk and couldn't do the gig.

"We all love playing live, so I feel terrible I let the fans and the band down and couldn't put on our usual show. We'll be back in Nottingham in January. Tickets from the October show will be valid and I promise to keep out of the pub when we play."

The Dundonian was spotted at the bar before last Friday's gig, where he confessed to one fan that he was "in trouble because he was so battered he couldn't sing"."

Lmfao, so, there you go.

You should, because it's boring on this thread without you! <3

I ordered the '5 Rebecca's' single off of eBay a while ago, it has 2 unheard singles on it.
I'll upload them here when I get it come.

What are the songs called?
I got two songs off itunes called "Dundeal" and "Mr. Men Book"

Sorry. I won't do it again, my exams are over tomorrow.
They're playing here in two days =( I'm so annoyed I'm missing them.
Oh well, their announcing their next tour on Tuesday I think. Fingers crossed.

I got this weeks NME with their interview to make up for it.
I'll upload it when the scanners working again if you want.
They are utterly insane, I feel so bad for their tour manager. =)

Edit, I hope this works:

iTunes won't let me download it because I'm in Canada, I need to be from the UK to get it on iTunes. ):
Are they good?

Yesss, my finger's are crossed.
I hope you get to see them.

And the scan's worked, thank you so so much! <3

Yeah they are good.
I think Kieren sings "Mr. Men Book", it's quite hilarious.

My Dad's gonna try and get me tickets.
I don't know who i'll manage to get to go with me but I'll cross that bridge if I come to it.

Your welcome, I thought I better make up for being gone so long.
I really want to hear that album now. Pirates! =)

When is it coming out, do we know?
It must be February time I take it.

They're playing in Dundee and Edinburgh!
I could potentially go to either but I wanna go to Dundee.
It'll sell out so quickly though, I'm gonna have to be super fast.
Gah, I'm so nervous. =(

I know. I can't believe we actually got them, they sold out in hours. People camped outside to get the standing tickets but we're sitting.

I still can't really believe their calling it that, it's so funny.

You're so lucky! I saw on their blog about people actually camping out.
God, they're so famous now.
We're definitely going to have new members to this thread when the cd comes out.

Did you see the video for Shock Horror?
It's on their website.
