I think that the new stuff shouldn't have Black Parade pictures in it.
Why?
Because the Black Parade is dead.
The Black Parade and My Chemical Romance are supposed to be two different bands.
This is a My Chemical Romance fansite, so I think we should stick to pictures before the Black Parade made its appearance...that would fit the name of the site a lot better too.
I hope I'm not sounding like a bitch or anything (if I am, I'm truly sorry).
Does anyone else kind of see where I'm coming from?
Well you're rtight, but we have to work with what we have. If it ends up being TBP, I mean that sucks but may the best banner win, really.
Some of my favorites have been without TBP. ^^;
But we don't want Revenge-era, you know. Then little kiddies will whine about that. |

I think it should be about whatever era we want, really. Revenge era MCR has some really amazing pictures that I love to use in banners, and I used a revenge-era picture in the banner I'm putting up tomorrow. Its not as if the pictures aren't MCR, just a different time. It all depends on which banner looks the best.
Personally, I don't like TBP pictures only because Gerard's hair bugs me and he had black hair before that and has black hair now. But, thats a personal preference. One could also argue the whole 'TBP is Dead' thing, which is true, but if its a choice between a current picture lackluster banner or an amazing Black Parade-era banner, I choose TBP one.
I say let the best banner win, and leave it at that. Current picture or old. |

New version of this with some stuff added to it.
I feel like it probably needs more, but I can't think of what. =/
Anyway, the bar is for like "my ino", "log in", etc.
And the jacket was darker, it got lightened during uploading or something, I need to fix that. |
