We couldn't do two days or so of voting? That would be much easier. We could steal it from the Icon/Avatar Comp people, have the entries be announced on Friday, voting until Saturday evening or something, winners posted on Sunday with new theme. =] Oh, and I second the question of whether we're going to have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place or just 1st place.
