If that guy predicts that there will be an earthquake on the 18 then how come he didn't predict the strong earthquake 7.something that hit Baguio and other parts of the Philippines in the 1990's? It was also said that NO ONE and NOT even the BEST seismologist could predict when, how strong, and what time will an earthquake happen.

Salute You in Your Grave Age: 28 Gender: Female Posts: 4082	July 10th, 2008 at 07:30am Guys, I read something, (I'm researching about the guy who predicted, haha, concerned ako!!! hehe ) Sir Juseelino Nobrega Daroose, the guy who predicts, is a true man who really predicts but according to the list of the TRUE predictions he made, there is NO 8.1 earthquake that will hit the Philippines on the 18th. Some conclude that some practical idiot just inserted that rumor and spread it all over the country... So it's like someone used his name to spread that rumor. I'm still doing searches so, not sure haha...
