If it does happen, then I don't think it would be because they are trying to stop suicide/self harm, there would probably be some ulterior motive. I've heard Russia is slipping back to it's communist ways? |

However, any person or any government who thinks taking away part of a person's identity will stop them from committing suicide is mistaken. In my opinion, this feels like a fight for power.

I know Dmitry Medvedev is the President and Putin is the Prime Minister, but can't Putin still control everything? |
