I'd reckon it being 18 or 20 bucks. You can preorder it from samgoody or amazon. I'm going to get it at our sam goody when it comes out.
Right now amazon is all screwed up because there is a separate page for the dvd set and another page for the audio cd. I don't want to order from there by risking it coming up wrong. |
