It's just so hard to hear that part!

Posts: 36 | July 7th, 2008 at 04:30am Let me at first apologize for the bumping. I wasn't quite thinking right at the time I posted that, and had forgotten to check the last post's date. Then there was the assumption that a thread like this could be bumped, due to its obvious important purpose. Once again, quite sorry for the mistake. It isn't at all like me to bump a topic or break the rules, I can assure you at least that.
Another thing I must say, though, is why I felt it needed to point out the mistake. Chat-speak is generally an accepted thing when you are on an instant messenger, social network, or at times, even when posting in forums. But when you are writing anything for an actual website, you just can not use it - it is unprofessional, as I'm sure you know. My first reaction to "U" being there instead of "you" was an internal scream. As I noted, it's most likely one of my biggest pet peeves.
But, I do admit I am at fault here, and I feel a tinge of guilt for the post. Again, quite sorry. |
