just seeing what we got here...I assume most of the fans here are from the danger days generation...but do yourself a favor and go listen to three cheers from front to back like 30 times in a row.... maybe the most influential album of my entire life. It bugs me out that it came out so long ago. I feel old Sad

It's mostly girls on this site, so you're gonna be popular, dude.
I got into MCR during Revenge Era. It was 2005. I found this site and joined it in 2007.
I loved the black parade. Check out the song meanings threads on here. There are some amazing discussions.

I feel like danger days was MCR trying to get their fans to stop wearing black & red. So we could stop getting called goths. I personally take greater offense at "emo" or "faggot," but that's just me.

I love that MCR teaches kids not to be targets. I really love the empowerment associated with MCR.
Headfirst for Halos saved my fucking life, too.

Chicago to Long Island. You got a friend in me. Hello, Terrence. See you around, Guacy Kid. ;D

Welcome to INO.
I hope to see you around.

This is a fairly old site, I think it was booted up in June 2005. That being said it's kind of dead, which is a shame because it's a wonderful site!

I'm not your stereotypical mcr fan, so I never really got any ridicule or anything...and I turned a lot of kids onto them who initially thought they were "gay" or "emo" or whatever.....their songs are so deep and have always just hit me so hard....I love your take on them though...I think you're right about danger days...and TBP was great too...I remember when it came out...blew me away.....wish I found this site a few years ago....sorry for jumping around with random thoughts lol...

does anyone/everyone like that gerard/deadmau5 song? I personally love it.

Hey, what's up.
I got into My Chem during TBP, but Bullets and Revenge are my favorite albums. tbh I haven't even listened to Danger Days lmao.
I'm glad to see we're still getting new members though. Welcome. Smile

Hey what's up. I only recently got really into the band. I love how most of the people here are not part of the stereotype cause it pisses me off when everyone thinks that just because i love mcr I'm supposed to be some emo depressed teen unfortunately that is true. I actually owe my life to the band because if it wasn't for famous last words I would've probably killed myself by now. The line, "I am not afraid to keep on living, I am not afraid to walk this world alone." really changed my life.

Welcome to INO, if you're interested in talking, I would suggest the multiple What Are You Thinking threads, most popular being the Band WAYT but otherwise, posting in a dead thread about yourself is pointless.
If you had wanted to introduce yourself, you should have made a new topic.

Hope you find your way around.
