Imagine if some crazy stuff went down at the Fueled by Ramen label headquarters and some of your favorite bands were to engage in an epic throw down. Who would win?

- The Academy Is...: William Beckett has long legs and therefor could fend off an enemy while keeping a safe distance, Mike Carden has muscles and an unaffected attitude, Michael Guy Chislett learned how to fight from kangaroos and therefor packs a fabulous 1-2 punch, The Butcher is like a toned spider monkey who can move quickly and knock someone out, and Sisky...well, Sisky has these on his side.

- Cobra Starship: Cobra is stacked similarly to The Academy Is... Both Gabe Saporta and Ryland Blackinton are incredibly tall and have the long leg advantage, Alex Suarez could deliver several solid kicks to the shin, Nate Navarro is short and nimble as well, and Vicky-T looks innocent but can probably gouge someone's eyes out if need be.

- Gym Class Heroes: The Travis microphone incident over Warped Tour. 'Nuff said.

- The Cab: Having 3 Alexs can cause mass confusion for anyone trying to fend off an attack and someone yells "Watch out for Alex!" Which one? Before you can figure it out Alex Johnson would be coming at you with a battle axe. At the same time, Ian Crawford would be going kung-fu on your ass and Cash Colligan would have somehow procured a samurai sword.

- The Hush Sound: Greta could kill a man and no one would see it coming. Ever.

- Panic At the Disco: Brendon Urie and Jon Walker most likely have a solid uppercut, and Spencer Smith can not only keep a beat, but he can dish them out pretty well, too. Ryan Ross will just stand off to the side distracting people with his unfathomable skinniness.

^ lmao, oh thats too good xD
I would vote TAI... but if this were for real, I reckon Cobra would win

Edit: I should so join The Cab, then they could have 4 band members called Alex

in case you didn't already know
Write this week’s TAITV Contest!

Greetings Boyds and Beemers,

It's The Academy Is... and Jack the Camera Guy announcing the "Write this week's TAITV Contest!"

Here's the skinny:

1. Your Idea can only involve people on the Bill and Trav's Bogus Journey tour (Hey Monday, Carolina Liar, We The Kings, The Academy Is...)
2.
Your Idea must fit into the normal TAITV length (about 8 minutes or less)
3. All props and materials needed for your TAITV episode must cost less than $100 all together and be purchasable at a Wal Mart.

4.
Deadline for your submission is Thursday night at Midnight
5.
In order to submit your idea, you must join the group on Friends or Enemies and post as a journal (not in the forum).

6.
The winning episode will be made this week and air this Sunday October 26th

We will do our best to interpret your story with integrity and honor, now get out there and get crazy! We can't wait to see what you come up with!

Always,

The Academy Is...
and
Jack the Camera Guy

well, I think its too late now *looks at watch and tries to work out all that time zone shit... nevermind*

I was going to write one where William is Prince Caspian, and Mike, Sisky, Chislett and Butcher can be the Pevensie children, and then they can get other people from the tour to be other characters like mr. Tumnus, Aslan etc... lmfao

that sounds funny.
=]
anyone else going to the In-Store Signing At The Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio on Sunday?
In case you didn't know about it- It's at three o'clock at the Hot Topic. You have to have a wristband to garentee your place in line and they apparently start lining up one (according to the salesperson on the phone)

You are/did?
Did you going to the signing at Easton?
I did.... (and I'm about to go over to the Newport)
I told Will my name so he could sign my poster and cd booklet and he was like...
"Reba... as in Reba McEntire, only cooler?"
I said yeah and then when he was signing, said maybe.
it made him laugh....
In Love

that made my day....
except Sisky didn't say anything to me.... and he's like my favorite. Sad
My feet are killing me though... I stood in line for THREE HOURS!
But very very worth it.

so i went to go see them on thursday and yesterday and both days beckett played a new song which was amazing... he played it acoustically during encore. he finally posted the new lyrics up... so here you guys are! i video recorded it too... i'm gonna post them up pretty soon. i did one from thursday on my actual camera and one on friday with my camera phone. my camera has shitty volume but good view but its opposite for my camera phone. so i suggest you guys still keep your volume down when watching them...

i'll edit this with the videos...

^_^ I'm glad you liked it. They are amazing, I wish they'd come to Australia more often.

Have you guys been reading up on William's blog?
He posted a video a little while back of him playing basketball with some of the guys (Tony and Jack and some guys from Carolina Liar)
I couldn't stop laughing, he gets kneed in the baby maker xD
And at the start he starts strutting around like a gangster. It's funny, watching guys in tight pants shoot hoops.

edit: I found it! And it is... wow, it reminds me of Remember Maine, but I love it. Bill's talent amazes me ><

I really like this band, yeah I hope they head back to Australia because then they can come back to see us in NZ.

I love it how William looks especially happy all the time. Like in "About a Girl". Their music enlightens me. :]
