Instead of typing the font and size each time you want to post something you just put which size/font on that template. On the board you just have to click Load my Template and type between it. for example that's mine: [font= 2][size= 80][/ size][/ font] (without the spaces of course)

I'm pretty sure an admin has to check it and then activate it. There isn't a set time in which they do that, but it's usually a few days.
