It isn't a silly question, I asked the same thing when I was new
First, you have to upload them to a site.
I recommend Imageshack
After uploading it, get the link.
The direct link to image one.
Then, put the link in between [img] and [/img] |

If you subscribe to a topic, you'll get a mail everytime someone writes in it.
If you bookmark it, you'll simply have the link available at your 'My INO'.
