Freaked me out the first time I saw it, paintings coming to life, freaky creatures, the lead singer getting his heart eaten and then vomiting blood, the drummer getting his eye plucked out by a crow, the guitarist being eaten alive by a wolf. Very brutal, freaked me out, but it was funny in a weird way.
