I'm not sure) I bought it (: I was going to get it at the show but i forgot my wallet. But I went shopping and they are selling it at HMV (In Ottawa, Canada). I don't know if it is out anywhere else yet.

(lol) But, I bought that hoodie w/ the Black Parade outfit design silkscreened on it. It should be arriving in a couple weeks! Yay! Hope it fits! (lol) P.S. Oh, and I prefer this poster. Gonna buy it when I've got more money.

However when we first bought it we thought Frank wasn't there because his clothing blended in with the background and he was higher than everyone else and we almost took it back. We were like "we won't keep this poster if Frankie isn't on it!"
