They're still an awesome band though. I don't like most J-Pop and K-Pop that I've heard, just because it's a little too cheesy for my taste. Any Luna Sea fans on this thread? I love them.

He got me CDs of L'Arc~en~Ciel, Utada Hikaru, and Hamasaki Ayumi. I love their music. He also got me CDs of Hirahara Ayaka and Nakashima Mika but I didn't like their music. My mother's music is old-fashioned so I don't really like it.

The line in the story went, "As Kyo glanced through the cheesy, teenage, girly magazine, he noticed a small picture in the corner of the page of a man with the same name as himself. He seemed to be dressed as some kind of male prostitute and worked in a band called 'Dir en Grey'. Kyo smiled." The term 'male prostitute' was what made me look up the band. xD
