Anong masama sa pakikinig ng MCR?

Marami kasing nakakaisip na ang MCR ay bad influence, mainly because marami sa kanilang vids ay may 'dark' o 'gothic' feel, as well as their songs. Pero hindi. Walang masama sa MCR. Influential sila, pero hindi in a bad way. Kung papansinin, ang mga kanta nila ay may magandang message. Hindi lang musically, kundi lyrically. Eh, kung ang basehan mo sa "magandang" music ay yung tugtog at hindi yung message, eh di patay ka diyan sa inaakala mo. Kung pakikinggan mong mabuti, 'di appropriate para sa karamihan ng tao ang message ng hip-hop na kanta. Masyadong 'discriminating'. Hindi lang para sa mga babae, kundi para sa ibang tao na rin. Kakaunti na nga lang ang matinong singer na may matinong kanta. Pati yung ibang genre na madalas gusto ng tao, eh may pangit na kanta na rin. So what's wrong with MCR? Kung tugtog lang naman ang basehan nyo, walang mangyayari sa industriya. Walang masama sa pakikinig ng music ng MCR. Or the general music scene. Just make sure that you don't listen to music with discriminating messages, aight? Anyone agree? Feel free to post ideas and opinions kung gusto ninyo ha!!!

But from where I live, my little sister attends a Bible study near our house. And they discussed this topic about Satanic music and the likes. Masyado lang kasing conservative at religious ang ibang tao dito. For example, my friend and I were singing WTTBP tapos narinig kami ng classmate namin. Sabi niya Satanic daw yung MCR, tapos dapat pakingan na lang daw namin yung sila Sarah Geronimo. [/spam]

[/spam] hus... what's so bad listening to music such as MCR's? take note of this: nothing's bad with listening to rock music, we just make sure we don't let it affect our values so much and that we won't be making it a stronghold. as one of my Christian classmates put it: "We need it, too." and I'm a Christian, yeah, and I still listen to rock stuff.

I don't think there's something bad with MCR...kahit sigaw ako nang sigaw sa kwarto habang kumakanta...ginagaya si Gee.

sherlock! Crash Queen Age: 30 Gender: Female Posts: 30830	May 12th, 2007 at 09:02am I got banned from MCR, a lot of people think that, yea, they are satanic and all... But I don't see anything wrong with it... To me, they just express something raw and pure, and people can't understand that. Even though I won't be able to listen to MCR anymore, I still think they are, and will always be the best band in the world.
