s r h n i d e:

I was just chatting with my friend, Edgar - he supposedly said that
Ray Toro and the gang received a book; entitled - Keep The Faith.
When they were in the Phillipines.

They got it <3
:weird

That made me freak out again.
How would Edgar know?
And omg. I'm completely spazzing.
Ohwait. Is he the obnoxious guy who knows Ray?

Yeh - he's the obnoxioud guy. Gahd.
He said he was on the phone with Ray.
I didn't believe him at first - when suddenly I asked him if MCR received books
and he goes yeah.. I was like What?
He goes, Ray said something about Keep The Faith.

I was spazzzing on MSN.

Oh thank Heavens. In Love

Do you want to know why we are keeping the faith? Do you want to know why these teenage girls are "obsessing" about some "emo" band? Do you want to know why we were writing and posting stories with that topic? Do you want to know why the hell we want you to also keep the faith?

"To answer your first question,...NO, I don't know what you mean. I don't understand you. I never understand any of your questions because it's like you just jumble of bunch of words around and try to make sentences out of them. Look, it's fine if you like MCR. There's a lot of bands that I'm crazy about to, but you need to calm down. They're a BAND! They just make music for you to listen to in your spare time and enjoy. A lot of groups speak to me through their music, but I'm not about to die for them. MCR has no idea you even exhist, and if they lost you as a fan they wouldn't care because there's over a million other fans out there that they have. I'm sure your god Gerard would even tell you that they aren't better than anyone else just because they play in a popular band. They are people like you and me, and obsessing over them the way you do is dangerous and unstable. MCR is just a band... Not your wife, not your child, not your best friend, not God...just a band."
- GK Dub [ Yahoo! Answers. reply to that teenie-ish post someone made. :shifty }

Well, the girl who posted the "question" for Yahoo! Answers was quite, uh, obsessive and teenie-ish. I swear; my eyes were twitching from all t3h cHatsPiK. :weird: :shifty

Anyway...
We love MCR. Their music... it's amazing. It's soothing. It's
brilliant. As overused and scratched this line may be, I'm going to use it for the thousandth time [ a hyperbole }...
"My Chemical Romance is the band that saved my life"
No, they didn't act like a sleeping pill and put me fast asleep when I was staring at the razorblade. I can't elaborate how they did it, actually.
They just did, I guess.
How, you ask?
Through their music.

I'm not answering anything yet, aren't I? You're still thinking I'm as "obsessed" as that girl [ with bad grammar }, right?

"...and obsessing over them the way you do is dangerous and unstable."

I know what you mean but it's not "obsessing"; it's love.
It's like the kind of love you give to your best friend; you don't want anyone or anything to hurt him/her/them.
It's like the kind of love a mother gives to her child; it's pure and endless.
It's like the kind of love God gives to us, His children; it's
unconditional and forgiving.
In a Way, our love for the band is like that.

Do you understand?

"MCR is just a band... Not your wife, not your child, not your best friend, not God...just a band."

Maybe you won't understand because you only see MCR as "performers who really did their job very well"/"just a band". We love them not only because of their beautiful music but also because of their life-saving lyrics. They're amazing, hands down. [ I said that already to someone in the Filipino forum at INO[dot]net. } Their music, their lyrics, the rhythm and melody -- it's life-saving. I don't know how they do it.
They're brilliant.
They're amazing.

These five men, Gerard Arthur Way, Michael James Way, Frank Anthony Iero, Jr., Raymond Toro and Robert Cory Bryar, are my heroes. Their saving lives; they saved mines.

"Right now we got to keep the faith
Faith; now it's not too late
Try to hold on, trying to hold on
Keep the faith"
- Keep the Faith - Bon Jovi.

Paint It Black:

drunken elevator.:
jessay.:
Its like nothing else in this world...
He walks on stage, and you dont even see him because its pitch black but suddenly your legs give way and your whole body goes completely cold and you know. You know that he's just walked on stage. You cant see anything, but he makes you feel so perfect, yet so out of place.
You hear his footsteps over the screams and you dont want to look because your scared that he wont actaully be real yet you cant even bring yourself to blink.
The lights go up, and the whole effect that has on your body and mind is something that is beyond anything in this fucking world.

Jess you made me cry!!
That's exactly what I felt.
Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad Crying or Very sad I miss them so fucking much.
There's no other way to describe it. Fucking intense.
You can't quite believe he's actually...there. There right in front of you.
It's the most overwhelming feeling I've ever experienced.
I can remember every second of my show, which sometimes is hard 'cause you just wanna go back so fucking badly.
You're right, with the footsteps. I couldnt even hear the screaming. All I could hear was him talking, coming on stage.
Fuck. In Love

I love him more than anything else in the whole world.
<3

a-fucking-men.
one of my strongest memories ever is of the first minute of my concert when they came on stage.
everything was black, and this roar went through the arena,
and you just heard this deafening "MELBOURNE! WE ARE MY CHEMICAL FUCKING ROMANCE!!!!!"
i have literally, all honesty, never felt happier in my entire life.
i just knew that whatever happened, this is where i belonged.

that man, and that band, are everything.

Excuse the pyramide quoting, but I just want to say that these 3 posts made me cry. I cried becuase I'm sad that I might never get to see them again, but also because I'm grateful that I have seen them, and last but not least 'cause I'm so happy that this thread and you people in it exist, that there are people that understand exactly how I feel.

It's true, people are getting sawa. T_T

Guys, everyone here who has read this post should, as said, keep faith. We're the only real fans left, let's not break Gerard's and everyone in MCR's hearts, because they certainly haven't broken ours.

For people who think that the band has changed: So what. Maybe they have.

OR maybe it's just you. So, reality check, MCR has done more than you could possibly dream of. It's not fair that you criticize them for people who are heroes to others. They don't deserve that. And you don't deserve the love they still give you no matter your doubts. So wake up.

Keep the MCR faith alive!
