I'd vote for him. but sexiest? that's not what he's all about.
nor are the matches, you know? I mean, he is quite attractive, but that is a different story. haha.
I mean, sure, he is. But he shouldn't be acknowledged for that, you know?
and I actually think Shawn is a little bit bitter towards peta, and I agree with what he says about them.
The idea they have is great, but their tactics and the things they do are just... not, haha. |8

Yeah that's pretty much what I was thinking.
The whole thing seems a bit superficial, like people who vote aren't actually acknowledging everyone on that list for their talent, just their appearence -_-

yeah, exactly! so that's really kinda why I don't want to vote for him.
I mean, I don't really believe in what they're doing, and I don't really want to support that and seem completely shallow.
and oh, I had the weirdest yet nicest dream last night, haha.
so, first it started out that I was at a book store, and then all of a sudden my dream jumped to me being outside of my grandparents' neighbor's house, and the Matches were playing an acoustic set outside their house, and there were only like, three people there, and then everyone left, and I was sitting on the back of a truck with them and there was a guitar in the back of the truck and then for some reason MATT started playing the notes to "Scratched Out." (I have no idea why he was the one who started playing it. XD) and I started singing and then Shawn joined in and then some how we gravitated to my neighbor's porch, and it was just shawn and I, and when he finished playing Scratched Out I was like, "I wish you would play More Than Local Boys." and then he laughs and says, "maybe next time." and then we start walking to my grandparents front yard and I go, "If you're still my favorite band in three years, will you play it for me?" and he just smiled and laughed. Then I woke up.
lmfao. It was really weird, because it seems like something like that could happen.
obviously that last part wouldn't ever happen and they wouldn't play at my grandparent's neighbor's house, but that would have been pretty damn cool if they ever did, haha.
maybe that's why it's weird to me, because I want it to happen really badly. XD

sooo, my friend went to go see them yesterday.
and since I couldn't go, she was kind enough to have shawn call me on the phone. (:
we said how are you and stuff, and then he was like.
"hey amber! yeah, I remember you, you climbed me! You left a mark in my memory -pause-... I love you. bye!"
dgshds. I was shaking so much after he said that, seriously.
like, it was so pathetic but like, I was so sad that I couldn't go, especially since they were HEADLINING.
but then this made me feel better, it's not as good as being at the show, of course.
but still, it was pretty amazing, and just like. He said he loved me and just like.
blaah. I can't explain my joy. I wasn't able to sleep last night after it happened, haha.
