The Matches Myspace:Since Justin has now officially left the band, the Matches are auditioning for a bassist/vocalist this summer. Must be proficient both at singing and on bass. If interested and serious about performing/recording/touring full time, send a demo of yourself playing (myspace music link/ mp3/ etc) to matchesstageleft at gmail dot com.
(Make it clear how to find your voice on reference recordings: lead, backups, high harmonies, etc) Must be able to transport one's self to Oakland, CA for auditions/ and possible extended rehearsal.
Let us know briefly; your age, where you're located, performing/touring experience, musical taste/influences, do you write, and are you familiar with the Matches' music? In the subject line of your email, please put your name, previous band, and Myspace (i.e. Matt Whalen, The Matches, Myspace)
