We usually ban accounts (usernames). IP-ban is only for people who did something illegal.

It doesn't seem like someone who has been here for such a short period of time should be a mod already. Friend of Dujo's or something? =/ |

He was a mod a year ago. "Forum moderator" is just a rank and it doesn't mean they're mods. |
