And I still don't understand why the PA thing is on the left and not the right like usual... |

I think bestbuy.com might be selling it in two separate parts. Because if you look HERE it's just the signed booklet (and that's what I think is prolly so special about the limited edition, maybe there's more to it but iuno). And the price is about 24 dollars more than the 20 dollars for the regular CD, so that might make the 44 Dollar limited edition make more sense...?
