- join and give it the information it asks you. it asks it cause they might send you promo and stuff some time.
- then you have to wait for email confirmation. it wont take that long really.
- you log in, and go to check out 'Missions', and also'Logs' for ideas what you can do as a soldier.
also go to talk/chat/read stuff in 'Community', you can learn alot in there too.

cause when i joined, they sent me a link and by clickin it, it logged me in automaticly and from there on i had no problems..
if not.. then check that all the letter in your login and password are exactly as you typed when signing up, capitals have to capitals and small ones small. im saying this cause i still write them wrong every now and then.. :]
and then you could try this
