I haven't heard any English stuff yet but the German is amazing.

Well, the singer has amazing hair.
But, I have some problems with what I have learned of their image. Having screaming teenage girls in your videos is not a good way to be respected as a "serious" band.

No, they're not going to be a very serious band and last long unless they really clean up and focus more on the music, and not the fanbase.
I bet they spend more time reading love letters from complete strangers than they do writing and creating music.
